Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately we don’t offer exchanges or returns on swimwear, please be aware of this when purchasing as you will not be able to return any swimwear. We do offer exchanges on any of our items (other than swimwear) but has to be within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not cover the cost of postage to return back to ourselves. Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds for items unless we’ve been made aware the item you have received is faulty within 14 days of receiving it. Regarding warranty any defects/faults that occur within 30 days of delivery we can offer a refund or a replacement. In stock items we also don't offer refunds only exchange. 

Phone cases are non returnable. 

We will cover the postage sending back to ourselves if you are returning a faulty item. 

All items must be returned within the 14 day time limit and in the original packaging- if the item is returned to us without the packaging, this will be sent back to you. You can only exchange your order once. 

Please also put your order number and name in the return parcel so we can locate who this is from. 

For your exchange to be eligible the item/items must be returned in the same condition it was received in. We will not accept any items returned with marks, damage or stains on.
