D Silver Bag

Disappointed came with not box, dust bag or any wrapping. It also came used, marks , scratches & and yellow stain on the back!!! As soon as I opened it and took a look I sent messages and emails and as yet iv had no reply. This is a Christmas gift that I can not give to my daughter. On the returns information on the website it says they will not accept a return if it is damaged in any way I am worried that because of this I won’t get a refund or exchange especially before Christmas!! Really sad that anyone could send out a product like this and for over £80 as well . Gave 1* if I could of gave less I would
